Orders can be placed through our website, via e-mail or post.
We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are processed within 48 hours and will usually be received within 14 days.
We cannot guarantee despatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control.
If an item is unavailable you will be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.
We reserve the right to replace hamper contents with product to the same or greater value of the unavailable item.

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Cheque and money orders for postal orders are to be made payable to Bumpalicious®. Cheques and money orders must be received at our West Australian office and payment clear before the order is shipped. Please write your name and or reference number on the back of the cheque/money order.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST.
International orders do not incur GST but may be subject to import duties and taxes in the country they are being sent to. If you have any queries regarding this matter please contact your local customs office. Bumpalicious® is not responsible for this.

We send all orders via Australia post.
Freight is calculated on weight, destination and volume. We are happy to provide a quote.
Alternative shipping methods can be arranged at cost to the receiver.

Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
It may be necessary to return goods by Australia Post, in which case, reimbursement of return postage will be included in the refund/credit (only if the error is on Bumpalicious’ behalf). Please include a copy of the postage receipt.
Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a short note identifying your details, invoice number and contact information as well as a brief outline of why the goods are being returned.

The stability and nature of our skin care range may be affected by storage conditions and or temperature.
As with all skin care products, please conduct a skin patch test to ensure suitability to our products. If you are unsure how to do this please contact our sales department on sales@bumpalicious.com.au

If you provide us with contact details either through competitions, orders or e-mail we may use those details to contact you with information about Bumpalicious® products and or company information through a free newsletter or e-mail. Your details will not be passed to a third party except in relation to any brand operated by the owners of the Bumpalicious® trademark or company, which may be of some interest to you our customer or a visitor to our fantastic website.
